The pyrolysis plant is used to convert the waste plastic.tyre to crude oil for fuel.The raw material of the pyrolysis plant can be waste plastic/tyre,and the final product of the pyrolysis plant is carbon black,steel wire and crude oil.The crude oil is the mainly and most important final product of the pyrolysis machine.When the raw material of the pyrolysis plant such as waste tyre or waste plastic is heated they will vaporize into gas,It is called oil gas.Then the oil gas will be condensed into liquid in the condensor.Then we collect the liquid oil.The crude oil can be used in heavy industries as heat fuel.In this step the oil can not be used in truck or diesel engine.When further refined, we can extract diesel from the tyre/plastic oil.

The pyrolysis plant is environmental friendly machine.
Little energy is required to run the machine,The nature gas is only used when the plant starts,once the plant is running the plant will use its own gas to heat the reactor.Well-designed dedusting system will remove the dust well,Then there will no waste gas or waste dust to the environmental.
The water is only used to cool the oil gas and the water id recycled.The water is in a non-contact closed loop.The water is not in contact with the pyrolysis plant itself,keeping it clean and uncontaminated.
Approximately 2-4% of the resulting product is petcoke(carbon black),a high quality fuel.
